How I work:
I believe that the journey toward wholeness is a profound experience. To facilitate this process, I bring warmth, compassion and a calm presence to my work. I value gentleness and create a space of safety so you may deeply explore your issues at your own pace and ultimately discover your own inner wisdom. I tailor my approach, choosing carefully from a variety of modalities, some of which include client-centered therapy, mindfulness, body-centered psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, energy psychology and visualization.
Who I work with:
Over the last 28 years, I've been privileged to work with a diversity of clients providing individual, couples and family counselling. As I embark on this phase of my career journey, I am offering one to one counselling to men, women, and teens who may be struggling with issues of:
